Our pedagogy is based on the Situational Approach. The child with his or her interests, experiences and family background is at the centre. Children have the right to shape their world; curiosity and creativity are taken seriously. We foster competencies such as self‑confidence, empathy and problem‑solving.
As a parent initiative we run the daycare together. Decisions are made openly, and every family plays a part — whether by bringing snacks and food on a rotating basis, helping organise little adventures, or supporting the association. Working hand in hand creates a warm community where children and families feel truly connected.
In our group for the youngest children (ages 1–3) we focus on security and a reliable daily rhythm. Gentle settling-in, free play, sensory experiences and first social contacts foster basic motor and language skills.
The older group (ages 3–6) becomes increasingly independent. We work on projects, take excursions, encourage group decisions and prepare the children playfully for school. They learn to take responsibility and contribute their ideas.
Children learn through self‑directed play. Our rooms invite building, role play, painting and discovery.
We design projects based on current themes or children’s interests – about nature, numbers, music or cultural festivals.
Stories, songs and conversation encourage language. Multilingualism is valued.
Singing together, trying instruments and regular movement games promote creativity and coordination.
Children with and without disabilities learn and laugh together. Everyone can take part at their own pace.
Singing, dancing and rhythm accompany our daily routine and foster the joy of music.
Regular outings to parks and forests strengthen the bond with nature and encourage outdoor play.
We practise empathy, consideration and community – important building blocks for peaceful coexistence.
