A typical day

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. With one day’s notice you can drop your child off as early as 7:30 am. A structured routine gives children security and orientation while leaving enough space for free play and spontaneous activities.

8:00 – 8:30 am: Arrival & free play

Children arrive and have time for free play. For registered early starters, the day begins at 7:30 am.

8:30 – 9:00 am: Breakfast

We eat a healthy breakfast together. The children help set the table and practise independence.

9:00 – 9:30 am: Free play & last drop‑off

The children explore the prepared play areas and new arrivals are welcomed until 9:30 am.

9:30 – 11:30 am: Education & projects

In small groups or in a circle we explore topics from the situational approach: reading stories, experiments, movement activities or project work.

11:30 – 12:00 pm: Outdoor play

We spend time outside every day – in our courtyard, on playgrounds or in nearby parks.

12:00 pm: Lunch

A freshly cooked lunch from Luna Catering gives us energy for the afternoon.

12:30 – 2:00 pm: Rest time

After lunch it’s time to sleep or relax. Children can recharge their batteries.

2:00 – 3:30 pm: Afternoon activities

Free play, creative activities or outings are on the programme. We love to be outside in any weather.

3:30 – 4:30 pm: Pick‑up time

Parents collect their children. Together we reflect on the day and share insights from our activities.

This structure adapts to the needs of the children – it is meant to provide guidance without being rigid. There is enough flexibility before and after core times so that every child can take part at his or her own pace.
